Welded Wire Mesh
Built for strength, our standard machine guarding wire mesh panel is made up of a welded tubular frame and 3mm diameter welded wire mesh panel. The wire mesh pattern has a spacing of 20mm x 100mm to get you close to the hazard point.
The Quick-Connect hardware is pre-attached. The Hinged Quick-Connect hardware is easily attached in the field.
All machine guarding panels are powder coated for a better wear resistance. The standard color is black, but custom colors can be requested.
Polycarbonate
The machine guarding polycarbonate panel is made up of a welded tubular frame with a 16 gauge mitered and welded decorative frame to secure the 1/4" thick polycarbonate to the frame.
The Quick-Connect hardware is pre-attached. The Hinged Quick-Connect hardware is easily attached in the field.
All machine guarding panels are powder coated for a better wear resistance. The standard color is black, but custom colors can be requested. Clear polycarbonate is our standard, but could be offered with other tinted colors

Sheet Metal
A great machine guarding solution for protecting employees from debris from machining or grinding applications and welding arc flash. The machine guarding sheet metal panels are 14 gauge 4 sided bent and corner welded for strength.
Key hole for screw hardware are laser cut from the bent sides for easy assembly. Tamper-proof screws are used to secure the panels.
